Prerequisites
The property must be set up in Keyhook.
Tenant email addresses must be available for invitations.
Invite Tenants: Step-by-Step
On the Property Overview page, click the Actions button (top right).
Choose Invite Tenants from the dropdown menu.
When viewing the property, select Tenancy Overview on the left and scroll down to view pending invitations. Status icons show whether the tenant has accepted.
Invited tenants receive an email with a registration link. They must use the same email address to complete their Keyhook account setup.
Troubleshooting
Invitation email not received
Ask the tenant to check their spam or junk folder. Confirm the email address is correct and resend if needed.
