Adding Notes in a Basic Inspection
Open the camera screen.
Make sure the correct room is selected.
Tap the note icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Type your note.
Tap Save.
Your note will now be attached to that room for the inspection.
Adding Notes in a Detailed Inspection
General Room Notes
Open the camera screen.
Make sure the desired room is selected.
Select the “General” item within that room.
Tap the note icon in the bottom left corner.
Type your note and tap Save.
Notes About a Specific Item
Open the camera screen.
Make sure the desired room is selected.
Select the specific item you want to make a note about.
Tap the note icon in the bottom left corner.
Type your note and tap Save.
Your note will now be attached to either the room or the item, depending on what you selected.
