This guide walks you through gathering your image links, generating the signature HTML with an AI tool, and adding it to your Keyhook email account.
Note: This is often completed by your company's IT team. If you'd like a hand, the Keyhook Support team is here to help.
Quick Steps
Gather the links for every image you want in the signature.
Use an AI tool to turn a screenshot of your signature into HTML.
Paste the HTML into your Keyhook email signature settings, then save.
Detailed steps
Step 1 — Gather your image links
Open the image you want to use (in an email, on your website, or in a ticket).
Right-click the image and select Copy image link.
Paste the link into a notes document.
Repeat for every image you want in the signature — logos, profile photo, social icons, and so on.
Step 2 — Generate the HTML with an AI tool
Take a screenshot of how you'd like the signature to look.
Open an AI tool (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT) and upload the screenshot.
Paste in a prompt along these lines, with your own image links: "For email signatures, we need them in HTML format. Using this screenshot of how it should look, please provide the HTML. The image links are — Company logo: [paste link]; Person image: [paste link]."
Copy the HTML the tool gives you.
Step 3 — Add the HTML into Keyhook
Go to Emails → Manage Accounts.
Select View/Setup Email Signature.
Paste the HTML into the Signature (HTML) area.
Check the preview underneath — it shows how the signature will look.
If anything needs adjusting, edit the HTML directly (or ask the AI tool to tweak it) and recheck the preview.
Click Save, then click back in to confirm it saved as expected.
