How do I change my email or password?

It’s easy! Just click your name in the bottom left corner of the page, then select Settings. From there, go to Account Information and scroll down to the Login Details section. You’ll see the steps to update your email or password right there.

I’ve decided to proceed with an application, why can’t I progress to the tenancy setup page?

A common blocker here is that your prospective tenants may be using the same email address. Each tenant needs a unique email so they can receive notifications and access the tenant portal individually.

If they only have one shared email, no problem—they can use an email alias instead. Click here to learn how to create one.

How do I change the inspection frequency for a property?

Head to the Property Overview, then click into Property Setup. From there, go to the Insurance tab—this is where you can set or update the required inspection frequency for that property.
