Email Signatures
Overview
In short: open your email account's signature editor (Emails → Manage Accounts → Set signature), paste your signature into Signature (HTML), check the Preview and click Save. To include an image, host it online and reference its link in the HTML.
Add or edit an email signature
Note: Signatures are set per account, so add one to each connected inbox you send from.
Add an image to your signature
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td> <img src="add_your_image_link_here" alt="Email Signature" style="display: block; max-width: 600px; width: 100%; height: auto;"> </td> </tr> </table>
Important: The image must be hosted somewhere we can load it from — a public web link (for example on your website or an image host). An image saved only on your computer, or behind a private or login-only link, won't display in the signature. Paste the image's public link into src.
Frequently asked questions
I don't have my signature as HTML — how do I create it?
Signatures are added as HTML. If you don't have it yet, you can turn a screenshot of how you'd like your signature to look into HTML with an AI tool (for example Claude or ChatGPT), or ask your IT team, then paste the result into the Signature (HTML) field. This is often handled by a company's IT team — and Keyhook support is happy to help.
Why is my image not showing?
Almost always because the image is not reachable from a public web link. Host it online and use that link in the image's src — a file saved on your computer, or a private or login-only link, won't load for your recipients.
Do I need to set a signature on every account?
Yes. Signatures are per account, so set one on each connected inbox you send from.
