Keyhook removes the hassle of having to keep track off and store any of the documents you signed for your tenancy, such as leases and bonds.

We make it easy to view any of these documents at any time if you need to go over them.

Keyhook will archive documents for all past tenancies in case you ever need to review them again in the future.

In order to view these documents:

Web App:

  1. Open up the dashboard in the web app.

  2. Click on the property you wish to view documents for, this may be an active tenancy or a tenancy from the past.

  3. Scroll down the page until you see the documents card.

  4. Each document is labelled with what type of document it is. EG: Bond, lease, bond refund etc.

  5. Click on the document you wish to view, this will open a modal with the PDF embedded in it.

This card will only show documents for the current tenancy ( if there is one ). To view documents for past tenancies:

1. Click the "All Documents" button.

2. This will take you to a page with all documents for this property, grouped up by tenancy.

Mobile App:

  5. Click on the document you wish to view, this will transition to a new screen which has the document PDF embedded in it.

This card will only show documents for the current tenancy ( if there is one ). To view documents for past tenancies:

2. This will take you to a screen with all documents for this property, grouped up by tenancy.

Property Documents vs Tenancy Documents

You may notice that in the documents card, documents are split up into two sets: Property and Tenancy. This is because some documents are "global" and will apply to all tenancies for a property such as the healthy homes compliance or a body corp rules document. Therefore we attach it to your property so that it is available for all tenancies going forward, saving you having to attach it with each tenancy.
