How do I request maintenance?

Keyhook makes it simple to get things fixed.
Sending the request - Web App or Mobile App
Open the page or screen for the property you are renting in either the web or mobile app.
Scroll down and find the card titled: "Maintenance Requests" and click the "New Maintenance Request" button.
You will be shown a new screen/page where you can fill in information for the service request.
Add the title (a short description of the issue), the description (a longer, more thorough explanation of what the issue is. Please be as detailed as possible) and the category of the service request (is it a plumbing or electrical issue, etc.?).
You can then add up to 5 videos or photos that help demonstrate what the issue is.

Click the save button when you are done and ready to submit the issue.
Keyhook will immediately start searching for suitable tradespeople. Your landlord will be sent a number of quotes to choose from, and you'll be notified once a quote has been accepted.
After that, you should receive communication from a tradesperson to organise a time to complete the maintenance that suits you.
Once the job has been completed, the app will ask you to submit some photos or videos in order to record the maintenance, and ask you to mark the job as completed.
