What each figure means
The row above the breakdown totals the whole period. Deductions such as Fees, GST and Payments show as negative.

Closing Balance
Note: Rent comes in across the period, but payouts happen on a schedule, so there is often money still held that hasn't been paid out yet. That held amount is the closing balance of one period and the opening balance of the next. A balance can also be a keepback held as a reserve, or funds kept to cover an upcoming bill.

Frequently asked questions
What shows under Additional Income?
Anything paid to you that isn't rent. The Description column tells you which it is:
- Owner Credit is a credit applied to you directly.
- Balance Migration is a balance carried over from a previous system when the property moved onto Keyhook.
- An invoice passed on to you shows that invoice's category, such as Other, chosen by your property manager when they added it.
- A journal adjustment, such as a refund or a correction, shows the comment your property manager wrote to explain it.
