Note: Editing a finished inspection voids any signatures already added — if you change an item after someone has signed, everyone has to sign off again.

Sign off and finalise
Note: A routine inspection is marked complete as soon as you sign off — a single sign-off, yours, locks the report and shows it as complete. Entry (pre-tenancy) and exit (final) inspections need two sign-offs — yours plus the tenant's — but only when a tenant has been invited to the tenancy; if no tenant is invited, your sign-off alone completes it. For entry and exit inspections, if the tenant hasn't signed within 7 days of your sign-off, the system auto-signs on their behalf and the inspection completes automatically.
Preview, share and send the report
Note: The Actions button also offers 360 Preview (when the inspection has 360 panorama data), plus Copy-paste inspection and Sync to property template for property managers.
Bill the property owner
Note: The owner is billed automatically where an inspection fee applies, so there's nothing to do here.
Frequently asked questions
When is an inspection marked complete?
For a routine inspection, a single sign-off — your Signature — completes it: the status changes to complete and the report locks. Entry (pre-tenancy) and exit (final) inspections need two sign-offs — yours plus the tenant's — but only when a tenant has been invited to the tenancy; if no tenant is invited, one sign-off completes it.
What happens if I change something after signing off?
Any edit to a finished inspection voids the signatures already added — the app warns that changes will void existing signatures, and everyone has to sign off again before it can complete.
How do I send the report to the property owner?
Click Actions → Share Report to open the Share link window, add any Notes, then click Send to {owner} (the button shows the owner's name). A confirmation prompt appears — click Confirm to send. You can also just copy the Inspection link and share it yourself.
Why can't I see a Bill Property Owner option?
The owner is billed automatically once the inspection reaches awaiting sign-off or complete, so there's no manual billing step.
Why won't the report preview open?
Preview Report opens the report in a new tab. The inspection's public link exists from the moment the inspection is created — it doesn't wait for the inspection to be completed or shared — so a missing link isn't the cause. If Preview Report won't open, it's the app view restricting it (for example before the inspection has reached sign-off) rather than the link itself.
