Contact Keyhook Support
Overview
To reach us, click Help Center at the bottom of the left-hand menu → type your question and send it, or ask it to contact support.
Get help from the Help Center
On the Keyhook web app, click Help Center at the bottom of the left-hand menu to open Keyhook AI Answers. Ask what you need help with and it will search the help centre for you, or ask it to contact support.
Note: The Help Center button doesn't appear in the mobile app or on phone browsers. There, Contact Keyhook support opens Keyhook's support page in your browser instead. On the help centre website (help.keyhook.com), use the button in the bottom-right corner to open Keyhook AI Answers, which checks our articles to find your answer and can contact us.
Give us the details we need to help
Note: You don't need to add your name or email. Keyhook attaches those automatically (on the web app your agency is attached too; the mobile app doesn't send it), so just focus on the details of your query.
Email support instead
Note: If you're locked out or have lost your two-factor codes, email support@keyhook.com. On the login screen's two-factor step, the Lost access to your authenticator? link opens a pre-filled email to the same team.
