Table Templates
Overview
To save a table template, set up the table with the columns, filters and sorting you want → click Templates → Save → give it a Template Name, choose whether to share it or pin it, then click Save Template. You can apply, rename, update, share, pin or delete your templates any time from the same Templates list.
Save your table setup as a template
Note: Ticking Shared with team publishes the template to everyone in your agency; leave it off to keep the template private to you.
Apply a saved template
Note: Applying a template only changes how the table looks for you — it never changes the underlying records or anyone else's view.
Rename, update or delete a template
Note: Deleting a template is permanent — there's no undo. A shared template you delete disappears for everyone in your agency.

Frequently asked questions
What does a template actually save?
The table's setup — which columns are visible and their order, plus any filters, sorting, grouping and page size. It doesn't save the rows themselves, so the template always shows current data.
Who can see a template I share?
Ticking Shared with team (or choosing Share from its menu) makes the template visible to everyone in your agency, under the Shared group. A private template is only visible to you. You can switch a template between the two at any time.
Can I edit the built-in System templates?
No — System templates and System Default can't be renamed, updated or deleted; you can only pin or unpin them. To make your own version, apply one, adjust the table, then click Save to save it as a new private template.
How do I change what a template captures after saving?
Apply the template, change the table's columns, filters or sorting, then open the template's three-dots menu and choose Update — this overwrites the saved setup with the current one.
How do I get the table back to normal?
Click Reset (top right of the table) or choose System Default from the Templates list to return to Keyhook's standard layout.
