How do I change my account information?
Learn how to change your account information
Follow the instructions below to change your account information:
Make sure you are logged into the web app.
Hover over your avatar in the top right hand corner and click "My Account" in the menu.
You will see a page filled with various forms that will allow you to change the information for your account, landlord profile or renter profile.
If you wish to change your avatar, click the "Change avatar" button under your name at the top of the page.
Open the mobile app and make sure you are logged in.
Tap the "Settings" tab button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
You will see a list of different options, tap the relevant option for the information you wish to change.
You will be presented with a screen with a form to change that information.
We will send you an email anytime your bank account information is changed.
